BSR Locomotive 1

Brickshire Steam Railway no.1 is widely renown as the first locomotive to be fitted with sanding gear. This little 2-2-2t was built to be the strongest in the world, and as much weight as possible was placed over the driving axle, with it's inside modified Stephenson link motion. She was constructed in 1843 and pulled the railway's first train over the line shortly after, the future was bright!
