Cerberus the Dredger

This abomination of steam is a barge with 3 big steam shovels mounted on deck with all-weather winch houses as well as a small "wheelhouse", and a big coal shed in the back. It's purpose?
Dredging.
It's the only dredger on the whole island and is often used near areas that larger ships are often towed, much to the dismay of the resort nearby (too loud and too much soot they say!). Each shovel has an operator and a fireman, however sometimes their buckets accidentally bump, and it becomes a whistle brawl. Either way, this can dredge a large area in less time than a typical dredger.
